Great news,

Ticksy is now integrating with Freemius so if you’re selling your products there, you’re now able to validate customer purchase before they can submit tickets to you

The required data is available under your Freemius account

When your customers will want to submit a new ticket to you, they’ll be asked for their purchase secret key which will then be validated, serverside
