We’ve implemented a new feature for notifications that will show up in the upper right of the employee view. For now, these notifications will include:

    Comment Likes
    Ticket Assignment Updates
    Feature Updates (like this one)

In order to prevent “over-alerting”, we decided to limit the types of notifications that will show up there. For example, you will not see new ticket or new comment alerts up there. For many systems, this would be overwhelming and take away from the usefulness of the alert dropdown.

We may add options soon to choose which alerts you want to see (to clean things up even more), but we felt this was a good start.
