Ticksy v3.0.9 Update

Ticksy 3.0.9 is here with some new features and updates. Let us know what you think in the comments below. But first, here’s a quick overview of what’s new:

Custom JS / Custom CSS

Yep, you read that right. You can now add your very own custom javascript and custom css styling to your Ticksy system (from the System Settings panel). Pretty awesome, right?

Customer Notes (updated)

Customer Notes are now displayed as a hidden block that you can hide and show from the top of any ticket. The notes are always shown in the editor window now for quick edits, copy/pasting, etc.

Editable Ticket Titles

Finally, right? Just click on the title to start editing. Hit ENTER to save the changes. Hit ESC or click anywhere else to cancel the editing.

Stale Ticket Threshold

You may have noticed that Ticksy displays a “Would you like to close your stale tickets?” message every so often. This has always been based on tickets sitting for one week without a customer response. Now you can update this setting from your Profile page. Change it to one day. Change it to one year. Lots of options there now.

Shared Saved Replies

You can now share your Saved Replies with the rest of the team. Just a simple toggle when adding or editing a Saved Reply. Have at it!

PHP File Uploads

A simple update, but a highly requested one none-the-less. You can now upload PHP files directly to your comments instead of needing to zip them up first.
